If you do, have you started doing the things on your bucket list? If you haven’t what is stopping you?

Do you need to be dying to have a bucket list or can you start one from the day you are born?

I have many things on my bucket list and I am slowing ticking them off, like a lot of other people every time I cross one off my list I add another 2. This year one of the things I did was to visit the Rocky Mountains in Canada, a truly beautiful place.

I recently connected with a lady on Facebook who is doing something about living her dream. Lisa purchased an old bus on ebay, and then told her husband about it, they are now doing up the bus and are going to travel Australia in their bus with their 5 boys. You can read about their adventures at New Life on the Road. They are looking for a name for their bus; my suggestion is “Our Bucket List”

Many different people have many different bucket lists, what is yours? And more importantly when are you going to start doing some of the things on your list?

This reminds me of an old saying “never put of till tomorrow what can be done today”.

One of the reasons I was prompted to write this post was because recently I have heard of a couple of people who have died when they were relatively young after having spent most of their time and energy working long hours and talking about what they would do when they retire in many years time. Sadly for them retirement never came, in this life. So what are you waiting for, start a “bucket list” and make a start on doing some of the things on your bucket list.

The other day I was driving along in my mobile university (car) when I felt like a change, so I flipped over to the radio. I arrived on 4BC just as they were starting an interview with the grower of “Classical Capsicums”. Needless to say, this aroused my interest.
You see He sells his produce at the Redlands Markets, but he grows them in Murwillumbah which is part of Byron Shire. Here there is good rich soil and plenty of rain; helpful for growing capsicums! But he grows these extra wonderful “Classical Capsicums”, so named because he assists their growth by playing music to them.

But not just any old music, instead he plays them classical music, usually of the Baroque style. He went on to say that it’s not just the music, but rather the vibrations put off by the music and not just vibrations but the kind of vibration for the time of the day that makes them grow so well. In India they have divided the 24 hour day into 24 vibration zones and using the right vibration or tempo at the proper time further helps their growth.
Under this system, about a third of the day is kept for silence; plants, just like us require their sleep time. And who would really appreciate listening to music relentlessly all day long. Each hour then has its own tempo and mood; some are exhilarating and others are more contemplative. But the key is in the vibrations…… Good vibrations grow great capsicums, capsicums that are bigger, more nutritious, with brighter colour than their fellows and taste great to boot. Little wonder that he has no problem selling his premium priced ‘Classical Capsicums”.
Interestingly, he also found that ‘heavy metal’ and ‘death metal’ played to them does just that: It kills them!
His story reveals that the vibration from the music sets up a sympathetic resonance that can be used to enhance growth or to inhibit it. Naturally, this is not just confined to the plant kingdom. Music is also being used to control animal behaviour, as well as our own.
The vibration coming from the music we listen to can be used to enhance our experience of life, or to inhibit our experiences. Music obviously plays an important role in the environment we chose to place ourselves in. And remember the vibrations work on us whether we are consciously listening or not!
Interestingly, music is being piped into to stores to control our buying habits. Experiments are being conducted in the field of crowd control; to keep exuberance from breaking into aggression. And who hasn’t been roused into a feeling of expansion by the rendition of a moving piece of music (vibrations).
Love those “good, good, good vibrations, something’s happening to me”.
Vibrations play an important role in healing. We regularly play music in our healing sessions; this sets the mood allowing for improvements to take place. Often sounds from bells, drums, cymbals, striking sticks or whatever are utilized for their vibrational contribution to the healing process. Employing the power of the right sound at the right time allows for an increase in vibrations which lifts us to a whole new dimension, it is here that healing may take place.

Since early times, incense has been an integral part of worship and ritual in temples, churches, ashrams, and mosques as well as being used in the home to purify and sweeten the atmosphere and remove or neutralize negative energies.

Most of you are familiar with stick incense and cones, but you may never have experienced the pleasures of burning pure resins and chips. So let us encourage you to release these fragrant treasures of nature into your personal environment.

These are the items you’ll need to get started:

1. Incense Resin.
2. Charcoal Tablets.
3. A suitable container.
4. Matches or a cigarette lighter.
5. A candle.
6. Sand.
7. Mica Plate. (Optional)
8. A feather or piece of cardboard. (Optional)
9. Long handled Tweezers or long nose pliers.

Incense

There is plenty to choose from; resins like Frankincense and Myrrh, in granules or powders, and wood chips like Sandalwood and pine, to mixes and ritual blends.

The Container

You can use a store bought incense burner or censer, look for one that is brass, bronze, or stoneware and that preferably has legs. The legs of the vessel prevent the heat from damaging the surface beneath it. Traditional incense vessels have three legs - symbolizing the body, mind and spirit.

You can make do with anything else that suits the purpose, such as an ashtray, a plain metal or porcelain bowl, but whatever you are using, make sure you set it on a fireproof surface; a trivet, or an old tile, or a ceramic plate is suitable for this. I prefer to use a little sand in the bottom of whatever censer I am using.

If you are using a plain metal or porcelain bowl, it’s best if you can fill it with sand and place your charcoal on the top of this. Use your imagination, most likely you already have something around the house that will make a great censer. You don’t need a fancy incense burner to enjoy the ritual of incense burning.

If you want to burn incense outdoors find a large flat stone and heat it up in the campfire. You may then sprinkle the surface of the stone with your incense. If you throw herbs or incense resins directly into the fire they burn too quickly. This method will also work in your home fireplace.

Charcoal Tablets or Disks

The Charcoal tablets or disks that are used for incense burning are NOT the same as those used for your backyard barbecue grill. You won’t want to use BBQ charcoal indoors as it may produce noxious fumes.

Once lit, Incense charcoal is self-burning; the means of combustion is included in the disk. If you have a hard time lighting your charcoal, it may be damp. Leave it out in the sun to dry.

It’s always best to place the charcoal on a bed of sand. It will burn more evenly and keep its amber like glow longer. In addition the sand will reduce the risk of the container cracking due to the extensive heat charcoal produces. The sand layer under the charcoal should be at least 2cms deep.

If you have a Mica Plate, this is a small thin piece of the mineral Mica; you can lay it on top of the charcoal. You then deposit your resin onto the plate and it will begin to burn. A Mica plate helps your material last longer as it is not in direct contact with the charcoal.

Feather

Feathers are traditionally used to fan the lighted charcoal; any kind of large feather will do. If you don’t have a feather then a piece of cardboard can be used as a fan. Fanning the charcoal provides oxygen which allows the tablet to produce a more even burn.

Candle

This is used to light the charcoal disk. I have a preference for plain unscented candles for this purpose. Once you light the candle with your matches or lighter, you have the benefit of a continuing flame, which makes it easier to light the charcoal, avoiding the annoyance of matches extinguishing before you get the tablet going and/or burning your fingers.

Tweezers

Use a long handled pair of tweezers or pliers to hold the charcoal over the candle flame and then deposit it in the incense vessel. N.B. Do not attempt to light or hold the charcoal tablet with your fingers.

Burning Your Incense

Set aside sufficient time so that you can enjoy the ritual of burning incense. Choose a location, where there are no easily combustible objects nearby. Be aware that fanning and blowing charcoal may send sparks into the air.

First gather all your items together. Start by lighting your candle. Then holding the charcoal tablet with your tweezers, place it in the candle flame until the tablet starts to crackle and glow. Next set the charcoal in your container on a bed of sand. You may now slowly fan or blow on the tablet. Only after the charcoal is aglow and stops crackling do you put your incense into the indentation on the top.

Be careful…it’s hot. Use a knife, spoon or tweezers to drop your incense onto the tablet.

Finally, be aware of a potential fire hazard: Charcoal may continue to burn for two hours after lighting – so don’t just throw it in the garbage or onto the garden. It’s a good idea to leave disposal for a least a few hours, or I prefer to leave it until the next day.

How often have you said “that’s it, tomorrow I will start to exercise” and then gone off to bed, only to wake up in the morning and say “I’ll start tomorrow, today I just need to rest”?

Your physical well-being is essential to make the most of your emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Yet how often do we put off to tomorrow what we need to do today?

While this can happen to the best of us, it doesn’t mean you should drop the ball altogether when it comes to staying fit. What people need to realize is that staying active and eating right are critical for long-term health and wellness on all levels — and that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. The more you know about how your body responds to your lifestyle choices, the better you can customize a nutrition and exercise plan that is right for you. When you eat well, increase your level of physical activity, and exercise at the proper intensity, you are informing your body that you want to burn a substantial amount of fuel. This translates to burning fat more efficiently for energy. Energy we can use for work or play.

Another way to say it is – proper eating habits plus exercise helps to give us more energy throughout the day. This allows you to do more with less effort and it also allows you to concentrate and think more clearly.

The true purpose of exercise is to send a repetitive message to the body asking for improvement in metabolism, strength, aerobic capacity and overall fitness and health. Each time you exercise, your body responds by upgrading its capabilities to burn fat throughout the day and night, Exercise doesn’t have to be intense to work for you, but it does need to be consistent.

It is widely recommend that you do regular cardiovascular exercise four times per week for 20 to 30 minutes per session, and resistance training four times per week for 20 to 25 minutes per session. This balanced approach provides a one-two punch, incorporating aerobic exercise to burn fat and deliver more oxygen, and resistance training to increase lean body mass and burn more calories.

Here’s a sample exercise program that may work for you:

* Warm Up — seven to eight minutes of light aerobic activity intended to increase blood flow and lubricate and warm-up your tendons and joints.

* Resistance Training — Train all major muscle groups. Do one to two sets of each exercise and rest for 45 seconds between sets.

* Aerobic Exercise — Pick two favorite activities, they could be jogging, rowing, biking or cross-country skiing, whatever fits your lifestyle. Perform 12 to 15 minutes of the first activity and continue with 10 minutes of the second activity. Cool down during the last five minutes.

* Stretching — Wrap up your exercise session by stretching, breathing deeply, relaxing and meditating.

When starting an exercise program, it is important to have realistic expectations. Depending on your initial fitness level, you should expect the following changes early on.

* Week one – you got started and have stuck to it. Congratulate yourself and keep going to wellness. You will be starting to feel better physically and emotionally.

* From one to eight weeks — Feel better and have more energy.

* From two to six months — Lose size and inches while becoming leaner. Clothes begin to fit more loosely. You are gaining muscle and losing fat.

* After six months — Start losing weight quite rapidly. Have plenty of energy to participate in the activities you want to.

Once you make the commitment to exercise several times a week, don’t stop there. You should also change your diet and/or eating habits. Counting calories or calculating grams and percentages for certain nutrients is impractical. Instead, I suggest these easy-to-follow guidelines:

* Eat several small meals (optimally four) and a couple of small snacks throughout the day

* Make sure every meal is balanced — incorporate palm-sized proteins like lean meats, fish, egg whites and dairy products, fist-sized portions of complex carbohydrates like whole-wheat bread and pasta, wild rice, multigrain cereal and potatoes, and fist-sized portions of vegetable and fruits.

* Limit your fat intake to only what’s necessary for adequate flavor.

* Drink plenty of water throughout the day; some say at least eight 8-oz. glasses per day.

* I also recommend that you take a multi-vitamin each day to ensure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs.

It’s all just common sense really, but with a little resolve and follow through we can all make our way to wellness.

Enjoy a healthy life, we all deserve it.

Almost everyone has heard the hit single ‘Don’t Worry, Be Happy’ by Bobby McFerrin. The song has a very catchy way of conveying its message of being happy to everyone. Bobby McFerrin’s simple message surely made a lot of people happy by telling them not to worry.

Click here to view the embedded video.

Living a happy, resilient and optimistic life is wonderful, and is also good for your health. Being happy actually protects you from the stresses of life. Stress is linked to top causes of death such as heart disease, cancer and stroke.

One of the better things ever said is – ‘The only thing in life that will always remain the same is change’, and in our life we have the power to make the necessary changes if we want to. Even if we find ourselves in an unbearable situation we can always find solace in the knowledge that it too would change.

Social networks or relationships are essential to happiness. People are different, accept people for who or what they are – avoid clashes, constant arguments, and let go of all kinds of resentments. If arguments seem unavoidable, still try and make an effort to understand the situation, and you might just get along well with others.

Happiness is actually found in everyone, increasing it is a way to make a life more wonderful and also healthier.

To be happy is relatively easy; just decide to be a happy person. Abraham Lincoln observed that most people for most of the time can choose how happy or stressed, how relaxed or troubled, how bright or dull their outlook to be. The choice is simple really, choose to be happy.

There are several ways by which you can do this.

Being grateful is a great attitude. We have so much to be thankful for. Thank the taxi driver for bringing you home safely, thank the cook for a wonderful dinner and thank the guy who cleans your windows. Also thank the mailman for bringing you your mail, thank the policeman for making your place safe and thank God for being alive.

News is stressful. Get less of it. Some people just can’t start their day without their daily dose of news. Try and think about it, 99% of the news we hear or read is bad news. Starting the day with bad news does not seem to be a sensible thing to do.

A religious connection is also recommended. Being part of a religious group with its singing, sacraments, chanting, prayers and meditations foster inner peace.

Manage your time. Time is invaluable and too important to waste. Time management can be viewed as a list of rules that involves scheduling, setting goals, planning, creating lists of things to do and prioritizing. These are the core basics of time management that should be understood to develop an efficient personal time management skill. These basic skills can be fine tuned further to include the finer points of each skill that can give you that extra reserve to make the results you desire.

Laugh and laugh heartily every day. Heard a good joke? Tell your friends or family about it. As they also say -’Laughter is the best medicine’.

Express your feelings, affections, friendship and passion to people around you. They will most likely reciprocate your actions. Try not to keep pent up anger or frustrations, this is bad for your health. Instead find ways of expressing them in a way that will not cause more injury or hurt to anyone.

Working hard brings tremendous personal satisfaction. It gives a feeling of being competent in finishing our tasks. Accomplishments are necessary for all of us; they give us a sense of value. Work on things that you feel worthy of your time.

Learning is a joyful exercise. Try and learn something new every day. Learning also makes us expand and broaden our horizons and could also give us more opportunities in the future.

Run, jog, walk and do other things that your body was made for. Feel alive.

Avoid exposure to negative elements like loud noises, toxins and hazardous places.

These are the few simple things you can do everyday to be happy.

And always remember the quote from Abraham Lincoln; he says that, “Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.”

– The most common fears that people have and how to overcome them.

If given reign, Fear binds you – it keeps you locked in and holds you in place. If you allow it, it will keep you from moving ahead and from realizing your dreams; it will stop you in your tracks.

Of the many things that get in the way and prevent us from attaining what we need and want in our lives, fear would have to be the biggest obstacle, and it is amazing the many disguises it can take on. Fear can paralyze us; it can prevent us from making decisions, it will hold us from taking action and will keep us from asking for what we really want out of life.

– The most common fears that people have:

1. Fear of failure – this is built upon the old adage that we have to succeed at everything we do. Traditionally this would have to be the most common reason why people do not try something.

2. Fear of success – believe it or not, some people are afraid of succeeding. For them, success means taking on more responsibility, being the focus of more attention, being more accountable along with the continuous pressure to maintain high level performance.

3. Fear of rejection – when we take a social or professional risk, we open ourselves up to rejection. For some, this triggers feelings of unworthiness or can lead them to feeling like they lack talent in some particular area of their life. This is not true. All it really means is that another, person or group holds a different view to yours. Rather than take it to heart, you should view it as a single incident where what you had to offer was different and not compatible with what was wanted at the time. So move on!

4. Fear of being judged – as children we grew up seeking the approval of our parents and peers. As adults we are really no different and can create problems by believing that others are constantly judging us. This prevents us from doing what we want or what needs to be done. What we need to understand that judging ourselves or others is a waste of time and serves no positive purpose.

5. Fear of expressing our true feelings – it is vital that we are willing and able to express our true feelings if we are to be successful in life. Poor communication has ruined many relationships, while honest and open communication that is delivered in a non abusive and non violent manner is so much easier to do. In fact it is a good habit and practiced regularly, does more to enrich and keep our lives in balance than just about any other thing we can do.

6. Fear of being alone or abandoned – some people stay in abusive and miserable relationships, whether business and personal, because they don’t like to be alone. As a result they don’t speak of their true feelings because they fear that their colleagues, friends and loved ones will turn away from them. The important thing to understand here is that if people reject or leave us because we are honest about our feelings, then we are better off without these people in our lives. When we build a strong sense of our self worth, then the fear of being alone usually fades.

7. Fear of the unknown – let’s face it, life is full of unknowns. The best way to take care of them is to know our values, needs, wants and standards and then use these to guide us toward what we are willing to put our time and money into. This includes some risk, but so does living. If we just stay in the present moment, fear of the unknown cannot take breath; the past cannot influence us and the ‘what ifs’ of the future cannot create needless anxieties in our minds. The unknown can be exciting, so long as we use our commonsense, intuition, and values to guide us from moment to moment, day to day and project to project.

8 Fear of intimacy – true intimacy comes from having unconditional love for those with whom we share it. Unconditional love is not easy for many of us to learn and master, but it is essential if you are going to be tolerant and non-judgmental and respect the needs and wants of others in your life.

9. Fear of emotional pain – we can only feel pain if we allow it. Life is full of lessons, and it is within these lessons that we make mistakes and experience some kind of let down. These things do not have to turn into emotional pain or suffering, unless we give them permission and the go-ahead to do so.

10. Fear of embarrassment – no one, not one of us, likes to make mistakes publicly, especially if it makes us feel ashamed or depicts us as being foolish in the eyes of others. But, we have the choice of whether to allow these judgments to affect us or not.

– How to overcome them:

It is important to overcome these fears or else they will keep you from fulfilling your truest desires. Here are a few things you might consider to keep fear in perspective.

Acknowledge fear – fear will continue to set off alarms until you acknowledge it. Learn to recognize when you are afraid and thank fear for the information it is providing you.

Use the acronym- F.E.A.R. – false evidence appearing real. Amazingly as blasé as this sounds, it reminds us of the reality that most of our fears have no basis in reality and should be examined for their validity.

Realize fear can be a gift – fear is not all bad. It’s an emotion that is used by all of us that helps set up boundaries around dangerous situations and people that could cause us harm.

Analyze fears message – your fearful reaction about a future event speaks out to you on many levels. Listen to your thoughts, assumptions and dreams. Be still; sit down with your fear, listen and find out what it’s telling you.

Fear as a tool – fear is neither good nor bad, but our reaction to it can be. It’s just another of the tools in our emotional toolbox and you should know that life offers us this tool as an aid to our self development.

Make a choice and stand up to fear – you now have a choice based upon the information fear is providing to decide just who you want to be and how you want to act during a fearful situation. It’s an opportunity to be responsive rather than being reactive.

Keep perspective on fear – remain open during a fearful experience. What lessons are there for you to learn; about yourself, about others and about life itself? What are you being taught? Are you experiencing a fear that you should have learnt to overcome before?

Realize that working through fear isn’t an easy process – it will keep showing up and testing your resolve. Know that working through fear will require you to affirm your choice over and over.

Practice courage – be courageous, this can be a big call, acting in spite of fear, but is usually necessary to face it down.

Practice compassion – be compassionate and patient with yourself, fear is not easy to work with. Remember experience requires us to both fail and succeed in order to get the full picture.

Keep the desired outcome in mind – keeping your attention on the end result will keep you moving through the experience and toward the desired outcome.

Reduce the fear – instead of trying to tackle the fear as a whole, break it down to smaller components and then deal with these one at a time. ‘It’s a cinch by the inch, but it’s hard by the yard’.

Share the fear – share the load. Find a trusted friend who you can talk about your fears with in confidence. Often when talking them over, solutions occur to us and return our confidence.

Just doing it – sometimes you just can’t get over or around your fear, yet if the objective is important enough and you really want it, you just have to stand up to it (fear) and proceed regardless.

In all events – when facing fears remember this: ‘Fear knocked at the door. Faith answered, and no one was there’.

We have all heard this many times but have you ever stopped to think about what it really means? Over these past few months I have noticed what many people have been saying about the state of the economy; there has been much talk about how bad it is. Although it has been tough times for many it has also been good times for others.

What was the difference? How can one business do very well in tough economic times and another similar business thrive? I think a major difference is in how they think and what they say.

The business owners that do very well always have a positive attitude and speak about making lots of sales and having many customers coming through the doors. While the business owners that don’t do so well have a different outlook; when you talk to these business owners they always say “we are doing okay, considering the current tough economic times it is sure to be slow considering all that is happening”.

I also had some friends open a new business in what was considered a very bad time to open, as many other were closing, but they had a very positive attitude and are making a profit and doing better than expected.

This doesn’t just apply to business. I have friends who always seem to be getting sick with whatever is going round, eg the flu, stomach bug etc., while other friends never seem to get sick at all. The difference is in what is said! – do you say “I never get sick” or “I always catch whatever flu or bug is going round”.

Next time someone asks “how are you”; think about how you answer, you can answer with a positive reply or a negative. It’s always your choice. If you are in business and someone asks “how is business”, stay positive and see if things change. Of course one positive answer will not turn around a slow business but many positive thoughts and words said with feeling can change things.

When we think of angels, we might hark back to the mighty beings from the bible… those grand messengers of God who came not only to communicate, but also to do His will, some even with mighty swords, or as Guardians. Some of you may bring to mind the Victorian notion of angels; those cute chubby little child cherubs who are so playful and endearing. Many people also believe that we all have guardian angels, to watch over and care for us.

In recent decades there have been hundreds of books written on angelic encounters along with messages from the angels. Once it was only around Christmas time that angels made an appearance in gift stores, where today sales of angelic paraphernalia have skyrocketed to a year round phenomenon! Angel Oracle decks and readers abound. Just search the web and you will find thousands of websites dedicated to getting to know the angels.

So what would you say if you found out that angels are actually very interested in your life? And better still, they were just waiting for you to ask them to be part of it? What if the angels wanted to communicate with you?

In learning to communicate and connect with angels you will also gain knowledge of the many dimensions of love and support that are available to you. It’s true; angels bring a profound feeling of love and support.

Some say Communicating with your Angels is essential to keeping your life on track.

So what are some simple steps you can do to open the doors of communication and talk with your own angels?

Just Talk.
It really is that simple. Just start talking with your angels. You might try talking to them whilst commuting, or driving your car. You could try talking to them in the shower or at the dinner table. It really doesn’t matter where you talk to them as long as you do. I started off by talking out loud to my angels while I was alone, riding my horse. When you’re alone I recommend talking out loud with the angels, but it may be wise to converse silently when in company.

You will find that the more you talk to your angels – the more smoothly things will seem to go for you. This has been my personal experience!

Tip. Be direct and talk with them just as you would with your best friends.

Ask.
Really! Is it that simple? Yes it is! Just ask for help. Ask for guidance. Ask for support and peace. The angels can’t intervene in your life unless you ask. As we are all human beings with freewill and we are here to live our own lives – we have to ask for what we want. So while you remain silent – nothing happens, but as soon as you ask, Heaven and Earth will be moved to fulfill your request.

Tip. Be clear in your request and not vague. Don’t be afraid to ask largely. Try to avoid asking Yes-No questions, as they leave your Angels little room to open your mind to new ideas, to suggest alternative approaches or draw your attention to factors you might not be noticing.

Listen.
You do not need to be psychic to hear messages from your angels. The Angels will communicate with you in ways that you will be able to understand. One way that Angels may communicate with you is by placing synchronicities on your path. A synchronicity is a “meaningful coincidence,” and those meaningful coincidences bring us messages. E.g. let’s say you are thinking about changing your job, so you ask the angels for guidance. Then a little later you are casually reading a magazine when you chance upon an article proclaiming the virtues of the vocation you are considering. Coincidence? No it’s synchronicity and synchronicities can appear in many ways; a song on the radio, a phrase in an overheard conversation, a billboard on the highway, a book that attracts your attention, or a comment from a friend.

Also be open to guidance from the little voice you hear inside your head. Fortunately gone are the days when people got locked up for conversing with incarnate beings. You can be sure what you are hearing is from your angels when it is loving and reassuring guidance.

Tip. Be open and find a quiet time and place so you can hear your answer.

Receive.
This sounds simple and easy and it should be. So why is it that we get in our own road when we ask for something by closing down with fear and worry that it won’t happen for us like we want it to? We ask for help, like finding a new job, and then we get anxious and worried and start fretting over it, like it isn’t going to happen. Instead of trusting we take over like it’s all up to us. We are taking over, aren’t we? Instead we should “Let Go and Let God” that’s what receiving is all about. If you are trying to solve your problems by charging in and controlling, then you are not open to receiving, but are trying to direct your situation out of fear. When you are truly open to receive, you are letting your path unfold before you and trusting that things will work out. You need to actually hand your problems over to the angels, and then let go and let them get on with it and do what they will for you.

Tip. Accept with open arms and allow for when it’s slightly different to what you asked for.

Have Faith.
You need to have faith that the angels are behind the scenes working things out for you. If you don’t have faith, you are pushing away everything that the angels are presenting for you. Sometimes it can be hard to have faith, so if you feel yourself getting fearful ask the angels for faith and patience that things will be okay. And it’s okay to keep asking for faith!

Tip. Don’t keep on asking over and over. Relax and allow time for things to happen.

Be Thankful
Thank the angels for everything as if it has already all worked out for you! Honestly in the mind of the Divine, everything IS already all worked out. It just may take a little time to manifest and for you to see it in its physical form. So be very thankful! The angels are working very hard for you.

Your Angels want to help you have the life you came to have. Why flounder in confusion when help is at hand? Open a channel of communication with your Angels today

Tip. Offer and express a sincere ‘thank you’ when you get your answer.

Talking to or communicating with Angels is really very simple, and the benefits are never ending. When we open our hearts and minds and work with the angels, they can truly work miracles in our lives.

Regardless of the challenges you face or whatever the drama that is playing out on the stage of your life, you can always be glad that your Angels are at your side, open to communicate and then to help you through it. Call on them to advise you and give you the answers you need.

We are all so much more than just our physical body. Metaphysically we are this great ball or egg of energy that we physically sit comfortably (or uncomfortably as the case may be) in the middle of. Our Aura reveals much about us. Much more than most of us expect or sometimes even realize.

Some have their aura fully contracted and you can see and feel this physically as they are withdrawn, closed off and insular, usually with little or no desire to communicate. Others are fully extended and you experience this physically as they are usually quite extroverted and exuberant even a little too devil may care. If their aura is balanced and proportioned they present as open, balanced and positively normal.

Each one of us is out there daily, strutting our stuff, doing our thing, trying to convince the world of who we are. But does this align with who we are?

Each one of us is putting out a broadcast. We’re on air 24/7, projecting through our energy field an impression of who we are. Others pick up on this whether we want them to or not. Who hasn’t met someone you take an instant dislike to? Or better, someone you have an immediate affinity with. Some you know you trust and some you don’t.

Sometimes we meet people we wouldn’t trust as far as we could throw them and others we willingly charge our lives to. How do we decide this? We pick up on the electrical impulses and signals that are part of their energy field or aura. In fact we use this system more often than we realize it is part of our radar and our social interaction depends on it heavily.

All of us carry our life story in our aura and it’s plainly open for all to see. Our true character is revealed, no matter how hard we try to disguise it by working at the physical level with our personality.

If we are in alignment, our aura and our manifested personality match, we are seen for who we really are. Being of good character this will usually work well for us. However if we have character traits we would rather keep hidden, then no matter how we present our personality, the truth is broadcast out before us. None of us can truly hide who we really are! (Except in the case of conmen, who have learnt to manipulate their broadcast).

I know in my case a large part of my character was developed young, when my Grandmother used to encourage me with; “Stand tall, walk straight and look the world right in the eye” and “treat others as you would like to be treated”, also “be honest in all your affairs”.

Well it would seem that spending lots of time on character building pays of and has its rewards and I relate the following story not to impress you, but to impress upon you the importance of being aligned in your energy.

We were holidaying recently and as is our want, we headed out for dinner. It was a beautiful balmy evening and we thought it would be ideal to walk to the restaurant, which was about 2 ½ kilometers away. Upon arriving we duly set about to order and having made our selection, went to pay.

As I reached into my back pocket I discovered that I had left my wallet behind. I looked at the waitress, whom I had only ever seen once before, a few nights earlier when we had dined there.

Would you trust me to pay tomorrow night and if so I will return for dinner then? I asked.

She responded that she would, but as it was a large corporate owned hotel, she couldn’t punch the order into the system without payment. She went on to say she would gladly lend me the money, but she had only come to work with $5 on her.

It was what happened next that astounded and surprised me – I can lend you my car if you like and you can go home and get your wallet, she offered. Wow I was really taken aback – a total stranger had offered us her car, just so we could comfortably finish our dinner. I declined, I was quite happy to walk back and then return. We decided to do this in our car.

When we re-entered the restaurant I enquired about her actions and also thanked her again. I was chuffed with her response; you struck me as an honest person who would treat my car well and return; besides you said that you had walked some way to get here and I thought I could save you the walk home. What a wonderful and trusting lady she turned out to be.

We ordered and proceeded to have a delightful dinner. It was our discussion of her actions over dinner that prompted us to wonder about the relation between whom we really are and who we present to the world. In other words does our energy broadcast match with the personality we present?

I must admit, her actions made me feel good, stand a little taller, look a little more squarely and appreciate being on the receiving end of the golden rule.

How often are we able to see past the presented façade to the inner self and then determine how we are or act with a person?

The real issue here I guess is, do your thoughts, deeds and actions align so that anyone meeting you for the first time forms the right opinion? Do you stand squarely in your energy, in your space? Or is your energy – your broadcast so inhibited that people shy away. Or are you so out there that people run away? But please don’t think you can act out on the physical level, what’s not there in your energy, in your character.

It really is important that we match our inner and outer thoughts, deeds and actions, that our energy is proportioned and balanced and that we stand squarely in who we are. In this way we present as positively normal, and people tend to respond to us accordingly.
